Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we use PayPal, a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information.  It's so secure that we don't even see your credit card information.
 
How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via USPS, our preferred delivery service.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, 7-10 business days via Parcel and 2-3 business days via Priority once you place you order over the web and pay with credit card (longer if paid by other means). 
 
Can I get a refund on shipping and handling that was too much?
Currently, we use a flat rate shipping and handling policy and a few of our items may ship for less than what was paid.  If this is the case, we typically either ship at Priority for no extra charge or may issue a small refund.  We want to keep you happy and hope you will understand as we move to a weight based shipping and handling policy in 2008!
 
What is your Return  policy?
We offer a "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy.  If within 7 business days of delivery you are unhappy with your item, please email us at help@royalsagehome.com or call us at 763-657-0222 for your return authorization number.   Please return the item in its original packaging.  Write your return authorization number on the mailing label and send your returns to:

Please note for any type of return:
- No credit will be given for returns without proper authorization,
- Shipping and insurance charges to/from you are not refunded,
- A 10% handling fee may apply.
 
What if my item was damaged?
We take great pride in packing our items to withstand most of the toughest handling situations.  Should you discover a problem after you have accepted delivery, please email or call us at 763-657-0222.  We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item.  Please retain all packing material and receipts until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.  Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
 
Do you take international orders?
YES, we ship worldwide.  Please email us before purchasing; we will provide you with exact shipping costs to locations outside of the United States.
